Return , Exchange and Refund Policy
1. Return and Exchange: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased from our store. All sales are final.
2. Refunds: We only offer refunds in the case of damages at the point of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a refund.
Proof of damage may be required.
3. Lost Parcel: If your parcel is lost in transit and has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to track down the parcel. If the parcel is deemed lost after 5 working days from the date of notification, we will provide a refund for the lost items.
